Inspiration can be found in the beauty of the human form, interpersonal relationships, spirituality and the natural environment that surrounds me. These inspire my artistic practice in various media explorations, including figurative studies in painting, drawing and sculpture. The exploration of past and present informs my artwork and includes depictions of people, places or objects that resonate in my world.

In the beginning, I worked at Cedar Ridge Studio Gallery as an art instructor. My post-secondary studies began at the Ontario College of Art (OCAD/AOCA). To further my career I worked at Guidelines Advertising as a graphic designer.

I continued my Fine Art education at the University of Guelph, B.A. specializing in Fine Art & then University of Toronto B. Ed.

As a married mother of three my life was full and included a career as a full-time Visual Art Educator for the Toronto District School Board & the Durham District School Board.

I transitioned into creating original sculptures at the Al Green Sculpture Studio in 2023.

As of 2025, teaching adult art education for the City of Toronto has helped to further develop my artistic painting and sculpture practice in my studio space.

I exhibit my artwork in the greater Toronto area.
